5/10/2018 Went in to the store to change the phone number and purchase a new phone. MARTIN tried to force us to start a new account and purchase a direct TV add on. THIS IS HOSTILE MARKETING!!!! This young man became very rude with us and was very confrontational. We did not want a new account, just to stay with the original account. He told us that it's not possible to do that???!!??!!? Ummm how is it not?????
